Cancellation Policy

Scheduling this appointment is for booking a session to beginning stages and planning of the animation. This is where we gather all ideas and information for your animation project. We will need to set a time to speak before starting on your project. Deposits are non-refundable. When the project is complete, you will need to pay your total balance or face a holding fee. Unpaid balances that go over 90 days will result in termination of the project.
